Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at this beautiful apartment situated in forth banks tower on the quayside, as I am moving out next month.

-Beautiful view of the Tyne river and metro bridge

-Private bathroom (flatmate has his own en-suite)
-Two sofas, dining table and chairs
-Fob for access to a car parking space in the garage down below
I've been here for over 4 years, the apartment is well kept and stylish. The current flatmate is very easy going, keeps to himself mostly so it'll basically feel like you have the place to yourself 80% of the time. Free to decorate as you please, and there is plenty of storage and space for all your amenities.
Short lets are considered. As a disclaimer the landlord has put the apartment up for sale a few months ago, but there's no telling when or if it will sell. And if it does it might potentially go to another landlord, in which case the tenancy would just roll over and continue as normal. But as of right now there has been no real interest and it isn't likely to sell anytime soon.
Besides that there is no limit to the length of time you can stay. A flat payment of £670pcm to the current tenant will cover your share of council tax, bills etc. very straightforward.
