This is one of the most convenient student accommodations in the area, located just 1–2 minutes' walk from M&S, Sainsbury's, Primark, and Eldon Square.

For Newcastle Uni students, if you're attending classes at the Into Building or Main Campus, as both are just a 4-minute walk away.

For Northumbria Uni students, it's just 3 minutes walk to campus.

The building has friendly reception staff, and the location could be great for student life.

Rental Period: 10th May to 29th August
Price: £227 per week
Minimum Stay: 10 weeks (must end on 29th August)
