I have one huge double room available on a one year contract that will run from 1st September 2025 to the 31st August 2025 in an excellent three bedroomed maisonette at the top of Arthurs Hill in Newcastle!!

You will be sharing with one postgrad boy and one postgrad girl who have both stayed in the for the last couple of years.

I specialise in taking single people - usually postgrads, final year students or young professionals who are looking for a clean and quiet place just to get on and live. I have taken many people from around the world previously - wherever you are from you are every welcome!

Only £65 per week. This includes broadband. You share the other utilities with your housemates. IF YOU ARE LIABLE FOR COUNCIL TAX THEN YOU WILL SHARE THIS WITH THE OTHER TWO HOUSEMATES SO ONLY PAY ONE THIRD.

- 100 yards from the vibrant cosmopolitan area of the
West Road in Newcastle at the top of Arthurs Hill
- Close walk to shops, restaurants and take-aways
- Easy walk or cycle to the Universities and city centre.

I am not an agent and am from Newcastle so there are no fees and I will be your main point of contact throughout the year for any repairs or problems.
