There is a shared fully furnished kitchen. The room is currently unfinished but can be furnished upon request. The rent is included with all the charges like council, water, gas and electricity and Internet. There is a lot of greenery to the back of the flat. And a huge Sainsbury which is open from 8am to 10pm is just 15 mins walk from the flat. It is completely secured flat with a fob entrance and keys for the flat.
