Due to a family emergency, I’ve had to move out of a great room in a semi-detached house in a prime location in Longbenton.

The room is a large double with an en-suite, with built in wardrobes and a balcony.

The house has a living room, kitchen, garage, parking and large garden - all right next to the metro station.

My room-mate is a full-time employed working professional and a very friendly, helpful person keen to find a similar person to live with.

The total cost is £650 a month including broadband and is a really great place to live. We’re looking to have it filled as soon as possible.

The house comes fully furnished and I have a spare double bed I’d be willing to part with, to get the room filled.
