I am looking for someone who is willing to take over my tenancy as i will not longer be using it due to finishing university. It is a Deluxe En-suite with own bathroom and private balcony. Ten minute walk from Newcastle city centre as well as the quayside. Amazing view of the city on the seventh and top floor. Contract ends on the 30th August 2025. Good for short term stays or if you want to have a feel of Newcastle and its city before you start University. 4 other female flatmates with a shared kitchen although most are now home for summer. In the accommodation there is access to washing machine’s, study area’s, cinema and a games room with multiple seating areas.
