Hello, I am looking for someone to take over a tenancy at Urban Study Tyne Bridge, Newcastle. It is a premium studio on the last floor, so no noise from upstairs neighbours. It is conveniently located between with City Centre, Central Station, and quayside all 5 to 10 minutes walk. It is also about 10 minutes walk to Northumbria University and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Newcastle University. 5 minutes walk to Manor station. It is £845 a month all bills included (apart from council tax if a professional) There is a nice gym downstairs, a free coffee machine, microwave, free playstation, pool table, ping pong table, and a cinema room. They also have sky sports for free. The studio is fitted with oven, electric stove, small fridge & freezer, heater, dining table & chairs, desk chair, and cupboard. There is also underbed storage.
