This room is a turnkey, fully bills inclusive package, so you only pay a fixed fee of £665 per month. One fixed fee that covers Rent, Gas, Electric, Water, TV License, Council Tax, Super-fast 350mb Broadband Internet, Sky Television and a fortnightly Cleaner.

There is a separate utility area on the first floor housing a separate washing machine and tumble dryer and a further storage cupboard under the stairs.

The Finer Details


- 25% holding fee to secure your space which is deducted from the 1st months’ rent

- Deposit: Equivalent to one month’s rent, registered with The Deposit Service (TDS)
