The room is fully furnished and ready to move into. The flat is modern, super clean, and has a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.

It’s in a great location right by the River Tyne, just a 15-minute walk to the city centre, with excellent transport links and local amenities nearby. The views from the flat are amazing.

The rent is £575 per month, with bills around £35 per month and council tax approximately £110 per month (if applicable).

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and will take good care of the place during the sublet.
