Looking for a third female flatmate

Hey! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bed flat from 1st September.

It’s a light and spacious Edwardian first-floor flat with a really warm, friendly vibe.

You’d be sharing with two females (both 26) one working in HR, one doing a Masters. We’re tidy, respectful, and like keeping the flat nice for everyone.

About the Room & Flat
• The room available is the largest bedroom in the flat.
• Comes fully furnished with a large double bed, large desk, chest of drawers, large double wardrobe and large cupboard space.
• Shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and sunny backyard with table & chairs.
• All the usual mod cons: washing machine, fridge-freezer, double glazing, gas central heating, broadband, ventilation system.
• Super close to Newcastle Business School, Newcastle Helix, and an easy 10–20 min walk to campus or the city centre.
• 5 mins to Spital Tongues and the Town Moor (great for walks or runs).

Bills & Rent
• Council tax included.
• Other bills (gas/electric, water, internet) are split – usually £60–90/month depending on usage.
• Deposit: £380.
• Long-term contract (12 months).

Who We’re Looking For
• Female postgrad or young professional (23+).
• Friendly, tidy, and respectful.
• Not into partying at home.
• Non-smoker, no pets, one person per room.
