Tenancy takeover studio student/young professional

I have a room that I need the tenancy taking over at Jesmond Apartments Urban Study! It’s near Northumbria uni and Newcastle uni! It’s a lovely studio with a double bed, desk, under bed storage, en suite, modern and large kitchen/lounge shared space! there’s a free gym on site, lovely social areas. it’s a whole academic year still worth of accomodation!
