Lovely room in Sandyford, £403 a month, super cheap. Close to both uni’s (10/15 min walk). Sharing with one other girl aged 22, she’s very sweet.

Would be taking over my tenancy, there’s 11 months left. Looking to move out asap due to location in job. So could have the room as soon as you’ve signed the papers with letting agency. Next rent payment is due 15th September.

Bills are £136 but looking at cheaper options. Permit available for on street parking - £25 a year or £12.50 with low emission car.
