Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Oxford House Student Accommodation. The studio is available for a 51-week contract starting in September.

It’s a fantastic self-contained studio with everything you need:
• Double bed
• Private bathroom and shower
• Fully equipped kitchen set up (with kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.)
• Study desk and chair
• Floor-length window for plenty of natural light
• Comes with basics such as a mattress, iron and ironing board, hoover

I stayed here last year and honestly loved it – the room is cosy, modern, and perfect for both studying and relaxing. I’m only moving out because I’ll be living with my parents this year.

The staff here are amazing – super friendly and always happy to help with anything.

Oxford House also has great communal facilities, including:

It’s a great place to live, with everything under one roof, an unbeatable location, and a really nice student community.
