I am unable to continue my degree and so have had to terminate my tenancy.
The room is spacious and has a lovely view over the Tyne river. My flatmates are clean/tidy and kind and will be understanding as to the replacement. The rent is very competetive compared to other student accommodations, and the staff are lovely. Maintenance is excelent and every appliance will work properly.
The room is on the 5th floor and is accessed via lift or stairs. Mail box is in reception who will hold onto parcels for you if you cannot collect yourself immediately.
I've attatched a few photos of the kitchen arrangment (air fryer not included), but I didn't have any of the room itself, apologies.
Knoll Court can only accept CURRENT STUDENTS and students whose degrees end much later in the academic year.
