• Contract: Runs until July 2026
Flat details:
• Ensuite bedroom with modern bathroom, wall mounted TV and plenty of storage
• Shared kitchen and living area as well as a private outside area
• Secure building
• Flat will be shared with a 20 year old male student ( clean, tidy and friendly )
This is an official Student Cribs tenancy takeover - the process is straight forward and safe.
Bills included: gas, electric, water, WiFi.
I have made the decision to no longer continue my studies so need to find a replacement tenant quickly.
