Each flat has a communal open-plan lounge/kitchen, and all bedrooms feature a four-foot bed (small double) with underbed storage, wardrobe with mirror, desk, and en suite shower room. You'll benefit from a bike storage, CCTV/entry phone, onsite gym, onsite laundrette, large common room, games room and private courtyards. There is also a supermarket and GP surgery right on your doorstep. All utility bills are included, WiFi is free and they also provide personal possessions insurance via Cover 4 Insurance. Rent also includes 20 wash and 20 dry cycles.

The contract is with Portland Green, I had previously intended to move in myself but will no longer be doing so due to unexpected circumstances, and as such am looking for a replacement tenant to take up the contract. According the Portland Green's site, there are currently no new en-suites available through them in the accommodation allocated for Newcastle students, so if you are looking for an En Suite at Portland Green this is your best way to do it.

Since we are currently prior to the move-in date, I have no information on the flatmates, however they will all be students at specifically Newcastle University, since this is managed partnership accommodation and can ordinarily only be booked through the Newcastle University portal. As such you will need to be a student of specifically Newcastle University to take up this contract.

The contract is 40 weeks, covering the academic year, and rents are charged bet week ($185), totalling £7400 over the year.
