Small Double Room - Dwell Student Living

This is a tenancy takeover, so your contract will be directly with Dwell Student Living – not with me.

The weekly rent is £111 (all bills included), paid in installments to Dwell Student Living.

I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy. Garth Heads, Dwell Student Living, £111 per week, avaliable from 13 September 2025 untill July 2026, Student only.

This room is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a double bed, desk and chair, and sink in the room. Large window which let's in lots of natural light. The kitchen is shared with 2 other flatmates. The toilet and shower is also shared. Kitchen space has a TV included. All bills are included in rent.

Room located in a quiet area, just a short walk from Northumbria University and Newcastle University. Room is also located close to Manors Metro Station, and a short walk from local bus stands. Supermarket ( Sainsbury's local) is a short walk from building.

Free WiFi and all bills are included in the rent, free gym area, Games room and laundry. There is a onsite maintenance team, and parcel handling service.
