I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from December/January. Its 5mins walk from Central Station, or 10mins to Haymarket. It's also 15 mins walk to Northumbria University or 12mins walk to Newcastle University.
The room comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and an electric heater. The house includes a shared kitchen/ living room and 2 bathrooms (one including bath and shower, and the second just a shower).
The flat is rented via Bridgfords letting agents. Rent is £550 and bills work out at around £84 per person, per month including council tax [band B], water, gas and electricity, and internet. The deposit is £700.
The house is enclosed within a small gated area adjacent to/within china town area of the Newcastle city centre - with its own courtyard.
You'll be sharing with 3 female tenants - masters computer science student, and 2 working professionals. They are a super nice, sociable group, we all love to cook, go to pubs and try other activities around the city.
