En-suite room in Newcastle City Centre

Hello!!

My name is Elisha and my current flatmate is moving out around November time. She is happy to move out any time in November so start date is flexible.

Its a fully furnished flat with two en-suite double rooms. Each room has draws, bedside tables and a waredrobe. Your room will have a bath/shower.

The Forge also has its own gym, co-working space and front desk for parcels. 5 min walk to the train station and town. 2 mins to the quayside - its really perfect.

Bills and council tax (B I think) come to £160. Maybe slightly more in winter.

I really love my job and tend to focus on work, gym and cooking in the week (the usual). I like cute activities, yoga, shopping and down to go out and go to on walks /comedy clubs / restaurants anything tbh! It would be great if you are similar but no pressure if not!

I have a boyfriend that visits approximately one weekend a month so and I also visit his (London) once a month so you will get the flat to yourself sometimes. I also travel for work and visit home often.

I work from home no more than once a week.

Couple of preferences:
- Professionals only due to council tax.
- I work a typical 9-5 schedule and sleep between 10:30-7:30ish so would prefer someone to be in a similar routine, for noise purposes. The kitchen and living space is next to both bedrooms.
- I prefer to keep the flat quite clean and tidy so I would like someone who is the same.
