Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my ensuite room in Market House from the end of December 2025 until September 2026. Students only! It's perfect for someone who registers during spring term.

You’ll have your own private bathroom (ensuite) 🚿
Only the kitchen is shared with 2 other flatmates (the flat accommodates 6 people total, but currently only 3 of us are living here)
Rent is £159 per week, all bills included: Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and heating
Located right in the heart of Newcastle city centre, perfect for both Newcastle University and Northumbria University students
10 mins walk to the central train station, friendly for students from Durham University as well
The contract will be officially transferred through the accommodation office, so everything is safe and formal
