There is generous storage in the property, with a storage room on the ground floor and a large basement. All bedrooms, however, are upstairs and as such not suitable for a wheelchair user.
Rent is due on the 19th of each month at £545.84 (including wifi), and all other bills come to £83.60 on the 1st of the month, bringing the monthly total to £629.44 which is great for such a good student property in the heart of the city. The landlord is very accommodating to any requests and maintenance is always conducted fast and without hassle.
Northumbria University and Newcastle University are both within a 10-minute walk, making this an ideal location. Housemates are a mixture of Northumbria and Newcastle students, all very welcoming and friendly. Currently there is 1 girl and 4 boys and are very welcoming to diverse cultures and LGBT+ friendly.
