2 Bedroom Flat, looking for flatmate

Looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly individual to rent out the spare bedroom in this: Large 2 bedroom flat with laundry room/office room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balconies located on the Quayside. 10 minute walk to town, and 5 minutes from the tube and Tyne. There is a lot of shared space, and I’m happy to discuss/share it to make it work best for both of us.

Please ensure you have understood/read the below before messaging:

- Minimum 6 months (no short term stays)
- No smoking/vaping or pets
- Full time working professionals preferred, no couples, any gender.
- I like to take care of this flat, I usually clean weekly and do needed maintenance/organize when needed. I’m looking for someone that won’t make this process difficult, and is willing to keep shared spaces tidy and clean and is considerate
- No exact rental start date, December/January preferred
- Rent is without utilities/CT. Water/gas/electricity average to 140pm, and similar to CT.

Room:
- There are two rooms, one of which I am occupying. I don’t mind which room is mine, the one for rent is the larger double bedroom. It’s furnished with bed and bedside tables/lamps and has a small closet.
- The laundry room is quite large and is also used as a closet space. I’m considering making this into a shared office.

About me:

I am 25, male, and a software developer. I keep to myself, try to be friendly, and enjoy cooking and gym/sport.
