Newcastle City Center Flat Tenancy Transfer

2 bedroom flat extremely close to Central Station in Newcastle City Center. Looking for someone to take over my tenancy (as soon as possible, if willing to backcover my rent for the rest of term and take over bills from move in date. However, contract starting January 2026 is also preferable - wouldn’t need to cover my rent until 5th January), bills are currently given at a discounted rate of around £35 per week.
There is no preference for potential flatmate as you will be taking over from me - other tenant however is a student.
The size is larger for a 2 person flat, 3 minutes away from central station and local metro station. Situated above several cafes and restaurants. Only a 4 minute walk to China Town.
There is no deposit in this case, the contract would last till 03/09/2026 and would mean, if moving in from January, rent would be £2357.33 on the 5/1/26 and 5/4/26. It is in Council tax band A.
