Classic en-suite room within Verde accommodation.
Accommodation is located next to St James park. A great room for Newcastle University business school students as it is less than a minute walk over to the business school and the Frederick Douglass Centre. But still as easily accessible and short distance to the main campus as well as the medical school.

The room is located on the first floor which can be accessed by stairs and elevator.

There are 6 rooms available, 3 boys and 2 girls. It is room 5 which is available which is in the middle of both the other girls rooms. It is also a good distance away from the kitchen as well as the front door, minimising noise.
Existing flat mates are lovely and welcoming.

The room contains a small double bed with under bed storage, good size desk and desk chair as well as shelves and draws attached to the desk, making there great storage throughout the room.
There is a decent size wardrobe with 3 draws at the bottom, hanging space and then storage at the top as well. The bathroom is a decent size with a door to the shower instead of a curtain.
The kitchen area has enough room for everyone. Everyone gets a separate cupboard with then a shelf in a high cupboard which can store plates, glasses and cutlery. One shelf each in the fridge and freezer. The kitchen also has an island which means there is more than enough room for people to cook at the same time. The kitchen comes provided with a TV as well as two sofas as well as island stools.

Verde also has a great common room area and a gym which are available to use to all students and is a great friendly environment!
