Hey girls! We’ve got a furnished ¾ double room becoming available in a lovely 3-bed flat in the heart of Ouseburn.

You’d be living with Anna (28, dentist) and Anna (teacher) – both young professionals who are friendly, sociable and active. Think gym/training, cooking and good food, coffee walks, chilled evenings together and heading out for drinks or dinner at the weekend.

The vibe is fun and relaxed – not a party house, but we do enjoy a night out now and then. It’s definitely more of a home than a house-share where everyone disappears into their bedrooms, so we’d love to find someone who wants to get involved and be part of the household while still having their own life and space.

I’m the owner but am currently living and travelling in Australia, so you’d just be sharing the flat with the two Annas!

🐾 You’d also be living with Clara, my 7-year-old cat – she’s super chilled, affectionate and absolutely gorgeous. Everyone falls in love with her!

* Right in Ouseburn – minutes from loads of great cafes, pubs, restaurants and walks along the Ouse
* Around 15–20 mins walk into Newcastle city centre
* Great transport links

We’re looking for another girl around a similar age who’s friendly, tidy, sociable and easy-going – ideally another young professional who wants housemates she can actually be friends with rather than just people she happens to live with.
