Hey girls! I’ve got a furnished ¾ double room available in my lovely 3-bed flat in the heart of Ouseburn – available soon!
You’d be living with me (27, work in sales) and Anna (28, a dentist). We’re both friendly, sociable, and easy-going — we love going to the gym, cooking together, watching TV in the evenings, and heading out for food or drinks now and then. The vibe is fun and relaxed – not a party house, but we do enjoy a night out now and then.
🐾 You’d also be living with Clara, my 7-year-old cat — she’s super chilled and affectionate, and everyone falls in love with her!

• ¾ double bed and chest of drawers (no wardrobe, but space on the landing for hanging clothes + extra storage)
• Bright and cosy
• Current housemate loves it but is moving to London for a new job
• £375 all in – includes all bills, weekly cleaner, TV licence, and Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc

• Right in Ouseburn – minutes from all the best cafes, bars and green spaces
• 15–20 min walk into town
• Great transport links
