Master room in Newcastle City Centre

The Flat & The Room:
My flat has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and three bedrooms in total (two single rooms and one master). The available room is the master bedroom! It's bright and airy with a large window and plenty of space. The master bedroom has a private sink and comes semi-furnished with a two-door wardrobe, a double bed and a mattress.

Central Location:
The flat is located right in Newcastle City Centre, making commuting super easy: around a 5-10 minute walk to the train station, Metro, and bus stops. The area is packed with grocery stores, post offices, convenience stores, restaurants, takeaways, fast-food chains, barbers, hair salons, pubs, etc. Also, proximity to universities such as Newcastle College for a 10-minute walk, Northumbria University & Newcastle University for a 20 or 25-minute walk.
A quick note on noise: Because we are so central and close to the main road, the flat can be a bit noisy compared to quiet residential areas. Please bear this in mind before contacting me.

Costs & Details:
Rental fee is £375 per month, excluding bills. Utility costs (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, etc.) will be split equally each month.

Looking for a friendly flatmate:
I'm an outgoing person who loves to cook, and I'm hoping to find a flatmate who is conscious of shared cleanliness, sociable and friendly, tidy and organised. My current flatmate and I take turns doing a weekly clean of the common areas (hallway, kitchen, bathroom) and taking out the rubbish. If you move in, we can arrange a rotating cleaning schedule that works for all of us!
