I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Rosedale Court from Mid-December to the end of the contract which is 20th June 2026.
My circumstances have changed and no longer need this room.
My flat mates are all lovely, and easy to get on with. All students at Newcastle Uni and conscious of the shared spaces being clean and tidy.
Portland Green is a sociable student accommodation, feels very safe, always students around. Tesco and Subway 2 minute walk away, 10 min walk to Northumbria campus, and a 20-25 min walk to Newcastle Campus.
