A comfortable double bedroom is available in a friendly 9-bedroom shared house from January 1st (I’m moving out on December 31st).

The room is located close to one of the toilets, which is very convenient.
The house has 3 toilets/bathrooms in total, so there’s rarely any waiting.

We also have a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and storage.

The house benefits from weekly professional cleaning, which includes:

You’ll be sharing with respectful, tidy housemates ideal for students or working professionals.

Tenants must inform the landlord at least one month before vacating, and notice must be given before the 25th of the previous month.
