I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy, as I am moving out of the city. You are looking at a large, spacious, fully self-contained studio, located in the city centre, very close to Metro and Newcastle central stations, with excellent transport links and proximity to most shops and Eldon Square shopping centre of course.

Your tenancy will be registered officially with StudentFM, and will last till the 5th of November 2026.

Rent is £695.17/pcm with ALL BILLS INCLUDED and free broadband. The only exception is council tax bill (BAND A), from which ONLY students are exempt. TV license maybe applicable too if you use that.

Kindly note studio is advertised for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY (students or professionals). No pets unfortunately.

Studio comes equipped with everything you need, please see attached photos and the video tour. They don't do the place any justice, it is even nicer nicer in person.

I am looking to move out ASAP and only moved in mere days ago. So everything I bought for the studio, including some household items, kettle, pans, spoons, plate, can all be cleaned and left for you, should you need them. I even have almost new have pillows and fleece's which you are also welcome to. All this stuff will significantly reduce the move in costs for you, if say you are new to the city or are a student.

I don't drive, but the building does have parking space, and you might be allotted one if you are seriously interested in taking the studio. There is bike storage available though, not to mention other amenities like on-site laundry facilities, common room etc.
