Double Room Near Centre of Newcastle

We’re looking for someone to fill in the 3rd room in first floor flat, as I am moving out to move down the London.

The room is available from the end of December, with the contract running through until 17/08/2025.

You’ll be living with two really lovely girls, Jelena who is a final year student, and Nitya who is a professional. Were a sociable flat so often do things together, but also like to do our own thing.

The room itself comes with a double bed, a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and there are two cupboards in the flat for extra storage. There’s a shared bathroom, and big kitchen / living room.

The rent is £476.67 a month and we have a bills package which is £105.85. WiFi is paid monthly to Jelena for about £14 and council tax (Band D) is shared between Nitya and myself.

The flat is about a 7 minute walk to manors, and a 13 minute walk to monument so it’s super easy to get anywhere.

If you are a student, you will need a UK based guarantor.
