I am looking for someone who has just graduated or is a current student or is going to join the university in January to take over my tenancy. This is Studio Apartment with its own kitchen and toilet. It is available to move in from 17th January 2026 till August 2026, You can always extend the tenancy. It is available for viewing.

The room is on the 6th floor and has a very good view of the stadium. There's a Tesco nearby that is open till midnight. It has its own reception and friendly staff too. You can get a second occupant as well, charges are 50 pounds a week in that case.
