I’m looking for someone to take over my Classic En-Suite room at Quay Point (Unite Students).
It’s available immediately for an official tenancy takeover, and the contract runs until 18 July 2026.

The room is fully furnished and includes:

Private en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)

3/4 (small double) bed

Large desk + chair

Wardrobe and plenty of storage

Fast WiFi and all bills included

You’ll be sharing with a friendly group of students in a flat with a shared kitchen and sofa area (combined kitchen/living space). The building is secure with key-fob entry, CCTV, lifts, and on-site reception.
