Available from the start of January 2026 and lease lasts until 1st July 2026, during which time the rent is £823.34 per month (all bills included), which is cheaper than you'll find advertised anywhere else for this building as they have increased rent if you go through them. You can also add time onto the tenancy, but may be subject to the increased rent from July onwards.
