Hi! I am looking to sublet my double room from March 20 until April 16, approximately. Shorter rent is considered too.

I pay £500 rent a month + £106 bills, so the room would be £120 per week in total.

It is a 2-storey, 2nd-floor apartment with one other female tenant, located in a quiet, residential area, within walking distance to the Quayside, city centre, the train station, Ouseburn, and both universities.
