This is a single room student flat with a 3/4 bed, shared living space/kitchen (with two fridges + dishwasher and TV). It's on the sixth floor with an ensuite, desk/shelf space with a wardrobe that has additional space, the room is quite quiet since it is at the back of the building AND it has a pretty nice view.

The building has a laundry room with plenty of washing machines and dryers. It also has a bin room, common room with two pool tables and a dart board and a courtyard just outside. The student village main reception is in this building that's where you can collect parcels.

There is a Tesco's just up the road literally a minute walk up with a subway next to it however there is also a Sainsburys not too far away as well. There's quite a few pubs close to the building with a large student community. There is a bus stop just outside the building however Northumbria Uni is about a 10 minute walk away so its pretty close to the centre as well.
