I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a bright, top-floor 1-bedroom flat located right in the city centre. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to shops, public transport, restaurants, and all major amenities.

Due to a change in my work circumstances, I will be relocating and am therefore seeking a suitable tenant to take over the remainder of my lease, which from mid April until late August 2026. (Extension available upon discussion with landlord)
