Looking for someone to take over my Silver Studio at The Shield – as soon as possible. It’s student accommodation, so you must be a student to take over the contract. We will not be sharing the room, you will be taking over my tenancy.

I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy ASAP. I can do sooner than 31st March. The takeover will be done officially through the accommodation provider.
