Very conveniently located, fully furnished flat, in a safe, residential area and right next to Jesmond Dene. Great bus links into town just a 2 min walk from the flat, and within walking distance to Longbenton and South Gosforth Metros.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers but I have also bought a desk which I am happy to leave for the new tenant.

Gas, electric, water, and WiFi work out approximately £85-£100 per month, each, depending on time of year. Council tax band B on top of this. I work from home every day so if you work out the house, this could be lower.

Sharing with 1 flatmate who is a medical professional, and would prefer no parties to be held in the flat.

I am only moving out due to buying my own home.
