✅ Official tenancy takeover handled directly through the accommodation (safe & secure)
✅ I have already paid the full accommodation fees in advance
ℹ️ The new tenant will be required to pay the remaining contract amount in full to the accommodation (as per their policy).
💰 After the tenancy takeover is completed and confirmed, I will give £500 in cash immediately.
