Short Let (16 may to 30 june) Bills Included

I am leaving my current accommodation and my room will be available from 16th May until 30th June, approximately 1.5 months.
Costs breakdown:
∙ 16th – 31st May: Rent fully covered by me, so you pay nothing for this period.
∙ 1st – 30th June: £300/month (bills included). The remaining £128 of the monthly rent will be covered by me.
The standard room rent is £428/month including all bills. As this is a short-term arrangement, I am subsidising the cost so the person taking my place only pays £300 for June.
This is a great opportunity if you need somewhere to stay short-term without the hassle of a long contract. All bills are included so there are no hidden costs.
