Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to step into my tenancy at Quayside Serviced Studios as I’m relocating for work.

It’s a "Premium" studio, meaning you get your own kitchenette and ensuite, but the building feels like a community. It’s ideal if you’re new to Newcastle or just want a hassle-free move because all the bills are wrapped into the rent.

- Hosting: There’s a dinner party room you can book, which is great since studios can sometimes feel small for guests.

- Flexibility: Start in May, stay until late June, and then decide if you want to extend.

* Council Tax: Band A (if you're a professional).
