We have a lovely house in the middle of the city centre. Sadly, one of our flatmates has neared the end of her placement and is moving back to London. We’re looking for someone to take over her bedroom. We have 2 shared bathrooms (1 big with a bathtub and the other is smaller; see pictures) it’s always clean :) and a kitchen and living space. The central station and The Gate are 5 minutes walking distance.

Cost: The bills add up to a £100. So monthly it would cost £650. (Rent+bills; 550+100). A steal deal for city centre x

Lots of storage space included: a wardrobe and drawers, with plenty of room for extra if needed. Full-length mirror as well. Electric heater also in the room.
