Affordable Haymarket Flat

Looking for a new tenant to take over a current lease! Great location, not too far from the city centre, and an easy walk to M&S, Sainsbury's, Boots, metro stop, and several food and drink options. The room fits a double bed, a lengthy closet space, a desk, and a dresser, with plenty of floor space left. The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, oven, 4-hub stove, electric kettle, and blender. The living room has a smart TV with a Roku.

The council tax band is C, and costs roughly £75 a month per person. Energy, water, and Wi-Fi are not included in the rent and cost around £40 a person in the warmer months and £100 a person in the colder months. This really varies with the weather, the length of your showers, and how often you do laundry. The current lease runs through August, so you would mainly be concerned with the warmer months.

The two current tenants are myself, Taylor, and Christine, two recent Journalism grads. We're looking for a flatmate with whom we can hopefully become friends and enjoy this great flat! An average week for us includes a cozy night in with a movie, a shared dinner from one of our cultures, playing cards, a weekend trip to Tynemouth market, and the occasional night out to dance. That being said, there's also no pressure to hang out all the time, as we are both introverts who definitely take moments to recharge alone.
