I am looking for someone to take over my room in SJP, Block B 268A, Newcastle, NE4 5AX. The original rent is £179 per week, but I am offering it for £165 per week (Duration: 26.6.9-26.8.29).

The room is on the third floor. It is bright, quiet and not facing the main road, so it is not noisy. The previous tenant (ME) is a female student at Newcastle University and has kept the room clean and tidy.

The location is very convenient. Newcastle University Business School and Tesco Express are just downstairs, so it is very easy for studying and shopping. It takes around 3 minutes to walk to the Business School, less than 10 minutes to Chinatown, M&S and the city centre, and around 15 minutes to the main campus, such as the Old Library. The metro station is also very close.

There are shared facilities in the building, including study space, a pool table and common areas, and big kitchen in en-suite, with washing machine. You will be sharing with five friendly and tidy flatmates. They are all students and all of them can speak English. They keep the shared areas clean. The flat has a friendly and quiet atmosphere, suitable for someone who wants a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
