Room available in Central Newcastle to take over my current flatmates tenancy for a fantastic double en-suite room. I am looking for a working professional (preferably female).

I am in my early 20's (female) and work full time. I enjoy going to the beach, exploring local coffee shops, cooking and sports! I split my time between Newcastle & London so will be away a decent amount each month.

The flat is centrally located (5 minutes from central station) within the Forge, a modern development which includes a gym and other shared spaces.

The kitchen/living room is spacious with a large amount of storage space and appliances.

Rent & What’s Included:
Rent is £697 per month
Bills (inc council tax) are normally around £150 per month
