Convenient & Peaceful Location in City Centre

I'm looking for a new housemate, preferably long term about a year or so :)
Available Double Room, roughly £830-£900 pp/pm with all bills & council tax taken into consideration (these figures are based on our usage for the previous year), bills could change depending on season because of the heating we use.
Official move-in date is 8th August (that's when you start paying your share of the rent/bills), but my housemate is vacating by 24th July so you may move in earlier if you wish, you can also start bringing your things before the official move-in date as we're quite flexible. If you are a student, the cost will be £750-£830 since you don't have to pay council tax.

The Property is located in Chinatown.
We will be situated on the upper floors so it's convenient and quiet even though it's City Centre, away from busy street traffic and noise.
Secure entrance through the property, we have an elevator too. Our heating is all electric. We have a washer/dryer. Also have a dishwasher. 500Mbps broadband & wifi via Virgin Media.

ALSO: I'm open to buddy-ups for other properties as well but would really prefer to stay here because of the location and the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, via Bowson, is amazing. They're very responsive and professional from the process of starting my paperwork before I moved-in last year up until now. I've been through many estate agents and BOWSON has quite impressed me, no dodgy business practices from what I can see and their people are proud of the work they do. So the property management is a big plus since we do feel quite taken care of by them.

A little bit about me: I'm 27, Male. I currently work in hospitality but I am Computer Science Graduate. I will be looking to get back into the STEM Field later this year or next year.
Personality wise, I'm pretty chill and low key. I normally just play games in my room, occasionally watch TV/workout in the living room. I can be quite goofy at times too, hehe.
