Free Cleaning 2 Bathroom House with Large Room

We are a clean and friendly group of 2 boys and 1 girl looking for a 4th housemate to replace a friend that cannot progress to 4th year. The house is spatious and is cleaned weekly with no extra charge to the rent. For contract reasons we can only accept students currently at university. There is a bus route direct to both universities on our doorstep as well if there are any concerns about the distance to campus.
