Discounted Deluxe (biggest) studio at Oxford House

Due to my relocating needs to undertake a placement, I’m now looking for a person to take over my tenancy for the next academic year (5 Sep 2026~28 Aug 2027)

Because I’ve booked it early via a rebooker price (£235 per week), it’s much cheaper than the official price (£268 per week) on the website. My room is on the 6th floor so it’s quiet and has a nice view. It has a free high speed WiFi and all bills included. Can DM me for videos. This apartment is student accommodation btw.

If you’re looking for a spacious studio (around 30m2) with a cheap price nearing the Newcastle Uni (10mins walk) and Northumbria Uni (5mins walk) campuses. This would be the best choice for you!

Oxford House is very nice with 24/7 receptions so you don’t need to worry about forgetting your keys or no one to receive your parcels for you. They also have a great 24h cinema & game room, laundry room and gym and many self-study spaces.
