Looking for someone lovely to share my cosy, plant-filled home by the Quayside 🌿🐈🎨

The flat is around 750 sq ft, nicely renovated, surprisingly peaceful for somewhere so close to the city, and has loads of natural light.

You’ll have a double bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful sunrise from your window, and — big bonus — your own BATH!

Spacious living room and modern open plan kitchen which has pretty much everything you need: fridge/freezer, oven, air fryer, kettle, toaster etc. The living room looks towards the Quayside and gets some genuinely gorgeous sunsets.

We're in a great location that has the best of both worlds: city life without feeling like you’re living right in the middle of the chaos. Quayside, Free Trade Inn and Ouseburn Valley are literally just a step away. It’s lovely for walks, running, or just escaping outside when you need some human interation.

The nearest big supermarket is Morrison Byker (15-min walk, 3-min drive). The nearest metros are Manors and Byker, though Central Station is 25-min walk along quayside. Heaton is 20-min walk away. The nearest gym is NRG and East End Pool. M&S, Home Bargain, Poundland and big Asda just 20-minute walk or 5 minute on the car.

Flatmate : you'll be living with me (33, INFJ), an art therapist and my cat Sesame (3).

Sesame's a rescue cat that's extremely soft baby who loves attention and pets.

You may regularly find him staring at you while you work, supervising your TV watching or monitoring what you’re eating. This is simply part of life in the flat.
He's a great emotional support hot-water bottle in winter, and occasionally make biscuits on you.

We’re very much an art / music / crochet / cosy-home household. It's also a quiet household. There is usually some kind of drawing, craft project, instrument, yarn or half-finished creative experiment somewhere in the flat.

(Although you absolutely do not need to be into any of those things !!!)
