Private self-contained studio available for tenancy takeover at the brand-new Vita Student Leazes Park, Newcastle. No flatmates — the studio has its own private kitchen and bathroom, with bills and Wi-Fi included.

The building is brand new for September 2026, so the accommodation and facilities are newly opened. Current rooms of this type are listed at around £344.76 per week, but by taking over my tenancy you would pay around £286 per week, making it significantly cheaper than booking the same accommodation directly at the current rate.

The tenancy runs until 4 September 2027 and is for students only. I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy through Vita’s official replacement process.

The building also includes facilities such as a gym, study and social spaces, laundry facilities and communal areas, and is in a central Newcastle location.

Council tax: student accommodation; eligible full-time students are normally exempt.
